Describe the fault
Call 01634 944161 or send a message with the symptoms: which cameras are affected, what the recorder is doing and the make of the system if you know it. You speak directly to an engineer, and some faults can be talked through on the phone at no charge.

Diagnosis on site
The engineer tests the camera, cable, power supply and recorder in turn to find the part that has failed, then explains the fault and the repair in plain English before any work starts.

Repair and verify
The faulty part is repaired or replaced, the picture is confirmed on every channel, recording is checked and remote viewing is tested on your phone before we leave.

Straight advice
Where a recorder or camera is end of life and repair is poor value, we say so and explain the options, including upgrades that reuse your existing cabling. The decision stays with you.
