How quickly will someone get back to me?

Enquiries sent during working hours are normally answered the same day, and out of hours the next working morning. If it is urgent, phoning 01634 944161 is faster than a form, because an engineer picks up rather than a call centre.

Do I need to know what system I want before I contact you?

Accepted Answer

No. Most people do not, and that is fine. Tell us the property type and the problem you are trying to solve and we will do the rest at the free survey, including telling you if a repair would serve you better than a new system.

Question 3

Is the survey really free and is there any obligation?

Accepted Answer

It is free and there is no obligation. You get a fixed written quote afterwards with equipment, labour and aftercare itemised. If you decide not to proceed, nothing is owed and we do not chase you with sales calls.

Question 4

Can you attend an emergency, such as an alarm sounding now?

Accepted Answer

Call rather than email in that situation. Sounding alarms, failed door entry in a block and CCTV that has gone down after a break-in are treated as urgent, and we aim for same or next day attendance across our core area.

Question 5

What information helps you quote accurately over the phone?

Accepted Answer

The type and size of property, roughly how many doors or camera positions you have in mind, and whether there is an existing system and who made it. That is usually enough for an honest ballpark before an engineer attends.
